Whether you are buying or selling a home on Maui, you will need a home inspector. Home inspections can reveal safety and security issues previously undetected, and are a required step in the escrow process. Because the inspectors on Maui are in demand, be prepared to wait a couple weeks, and set aside an entire day depending on the size of your property.
